From exciting new retailers and fitness concepts to crave-worthy restaurants and sweet treats, 12 new exciting brands are joining the UTC lineup — giving you even more reasons to visit.
Home design lovers, get ready. West Elm is bringing its signature blend of modern furniture, décor and home essentials to UTC. The new store next to L.L. Bean will offer thoughtfully designed furniture, décor, lighting, textiles and home essentials, along with expert design services to help bring every room to life.
Also opening later this summer is IKEA, making its highly anticipated debut in The West District near REI. Whether you’re refreshing a room, furnishing a new home or simply browsing for inspiration, you’ll find 5,000+ products available to take home the same day. Larger furniture items, such as sofas, beds and appliances, can be conveniently ordered in-store for delivery or pickup. And yes, the Swedish meatballs, cinnamon buns and other café favorites are coming, too.
Looking to shake up your fitness routine? Body Hot Pilates is bringing the heat, literally! The Miami-based studio is known for its 95-degree classes that combine infrared sauna technology with high-energy workouts designed to challenge your entire body.
Meanwhile, hockey enthusiasts can look forward to Pure Hockey, the nation’s largest ice hockey retailer, coming to a new expansion at The Square at UTC. Whether you’re stepping onto the ice for the first time or gearing up for your next season, you’ll find everything you need under one roof.
At The Market at UTC, LaserAway is opening soon in a spot near Club Champion. Starting as a single clinic in SoCal, it offers advanced aesthetic treatments, ranging from laser hair removal and tattoo removal to Thermage and laser facials.
For the foodies, UTC’s dining scene continues to grow. Opening this summer next to Mission BBQ, Mister 01 | Extraordinary Pizza will bring its award-winning artisan pizzas to The Market at UTC. Created by acclaimed Italian chef Renato Viola, whose culinary expertise earned him an O-1 visa for extraordinary ability in pizza making.
Opening next door will be Just Salad, the New York City-based fast-casual brand known for its plant-forward menu and commitment to sustainability. Nearby, Pure Green will open next to Pure Barre, offering cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies and acai bowls.
Across the street in The West District at UTC, Playa Bowls will be dishing up high-quality açaí bowls, smoothies, juices and more from a fresh new spot along University Parkway near Chipotle.
And for fans of dumplings, Zen Dumpling is headed to The Shoppes at UTC with handcrafted soup dumplings, bao buns and wok favorites like dandan noodles, General Tso’s chicken and Mongolian beef.
At The Mall at UTC, shoppers will soon have more stores and more treats to discover. In addition to the Dick’s House of Sport now under construction, James Avery Artisan Jewelry is opening soon on the second level near Hollister, featuring handcrafted jewelry designed for meaningful gifting and everyday wear.
And for those craving a sweet treat, ScandyCandy is bringing a premium selection of authentic Swedish candy to a new ground-level location.
