From James Beard-nominated restaurateurs Jimmy and Johnny Tung comes Zōtō, an elevated Japanese izakaya experience. Led by Executive Chef Lwin Siss and Beverage Director Mike Western – the star-studded duo behind MICHELIN-starred Kōsen in Tampa – the menu will feature premium sushi and shareable plates of modern interpretations of Japanese fare perfectly paired with a comprehensive selection of Japanese whisky, Asian beers, premium sake, an extensive wine list, and creative cocktails. Tucked inside will be a hidden omakase room called Yūgen, offering a more intimate chef’s table experience.
