From James Beard-nominated restaurateurs Jimmy and Johnny Tung comes Zōtō, an elevated Japanese izakaya experience featuring premium sushi, crudo, seasonal nigiri and shareable plates. The menu is led by Michelin-recognized Executive Chef Atsushi Okawara, whose 20-year career across Japan, Canada and the United States includes serving as Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Den in Miami Beach and Zenzo Restaurant in Napa Valley. Guests can enjoy modern interpretations of Japenese fare, perfectly paired with a comprehensive selection of Japanese whisky, Asian beers, premium sake, an extensive wine list, and creative cocktails.
Tucked inside is a hidden omakase room called Yūgen, offering a more intimate chef’s table experience.
