From the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs comes the first Sarasota-Bradenton location of Louis Pappas Fresh Greek. The fast-casual restaurant is famous for its towering Greek salad topped with potato salad, as well as other authentic dishes like gyros, mousaka, dolmades, pita platters and more. Most of the menu items are less than $10, and all are fresh and delicious.
