Dim Sum King offers an extensive selection of small dim sum plates, as well as entrée-sized Chinese dishes. Chef and owner Mingbo Situ, from Guangdong in southern China, has worked as a dim sum chef for 20 years, melding tradition and experience to create authentic Cantonese-style dim sum. Made with fresh ingredients, the all-day dim sum menu includes everything from pork and shrimp shumai and shrimp dumplings to Hong Kong–style rice and BBQ pork buns.
