Festival of Trees 2026

The Festival of Trees is a showcase and silent auction of decorated trees by local charities, presented in partnership with Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy! Join us for this holly jolly holiday event by decorating a tree and shining a bright light on your organization for thousands of visitors to see.

KEY DATES
  • Oct. 30: Registration deadline (registration form below)
  • Nov. 30-Dec. 1: Tree setup
  • Dec. 4: Kick-Off Party 
  • Dec. 17: Silent auction closes
  • Dec. 18: Highest bidders notified; Trees prepared for pickup; arrangements made with winners
  • Dec. 21: Winners pick up trees
  • Late Jan: Donations distributed

  • Trees must be a minimum of 7' tall and maximum of 9' tall
  • Set up will take place between 9:00am - 6:00pm at your confirmed designated time (we will be in touch closer to the event to confirm details). Please check all that apply.
  • Max. file size: 100 MB.
    Please upload the most recent copy of your W-9. (Donation checks will be mailed to the address listed on your W-9 by late January)
