Summer is heating up and so is our variety of outdoor entertainment options. Work up a sweat every Saturday morning at our free workout sessions. Check out hotrods, collector cars, imports and exotics on display, all while enjoying a cup of complimentary coffee. Sip cool cocktails, dance and shop under the stars at our evening market.

UTC FIT
Enjoy the sunshine while spending more time outside getting fit. Join UTC FIT and some of the area’s favorite fitness instructors every Saturday morning for a diverse range of fun, free outdoor workouts. Classes start at 9:30 am with beats by DJ Truth and samples from The Vitamin Shoppe.
Sarasota Cars and Coffee
As if summer in Sarasota-Bradenton wasn’t hot enough already, we’re hosting the area’s hottest car show on the second Saturday of every month in the West District at UTC near the new Ford’s Garage. Come check out hundreds of amazing cars on display, enjoy live music and grab a free cup of coffee from one of our generous coffee sponsors. Make the most of the morning and stay for brunch at one of the great dining destinations around UTC.
Night Market
After hot summer days, we’re bringing you a new way to chill out. Beat the heat at out Night Market every third Thursday from 5-9 pm, featuring ice-cold cocktails, live music and a carefully curated mix of local farmers and makers selling handmade goods, jewelry, art, gifts and more.
