There’s no better way to spend a long summer’s night than spending time with friends enjoying a cocktail…or two! Luckily, Ford’s Garage has an indoor and outdoor bar that are open late for socializing and sipping on a cold glass of beer, wine, sangria or signature cocktail. The ice strip around the bar is sure to keep each sip ice cold while you indulge in a variety of menu options, from gourmet burgers to pulled pork mac n’ cheese.
After heating things up on the mini golf course, cool down and unwind with drinks and bites in the full-service restaurant with misting fans or upstairs at the rooftop bar. Don’t forget to treat yourself to a killer milkshake or scoop of ice cream to make that golf win feel (and taste) extra sweet.
Enjoy refreshing breezes while you dine al fresco under oversized umbrellas at Georgie’s Garden Cafe or dine indoors in the bright summertime setting, with lots of greenery, flowers and elegant chandeliers. From 5 pm until late night, head over to the adjacent Bar George, one of the hottest new bars serving up some of the coolest cocktails, like the Berries and Bubbles poured over dry ice. It is – quite literally – one of the coolest drinks around!
Oak & Stone’s uber cool covered patio – complete with misting fans – is the perfect spot to drink and dine in the sunshine. Stay refreshed with cold beers from the self-serve beer wall or a signature craft cocktail made with seasonal ingredients, like the Watermelon Fields Forever made with vodka, fresh watermelon and mint. The outdoor spot includes a pool table, walk-up bar, cornhole boards and more for plenty of fun under the sun.
Hot days and cold ice cream go hand in hand. Beat the heat with a cold treat from Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. The new, refreshing summer flavors, like Watermelon Taffy, Golden Nectar and Frose Sorbet, are like A/C for your soul.
PRO TIP: skip the cup and get your ice cream served in a buttercrisp waffle cone, made in-house daily.
Nothing says “chill” quite like a cryotherapy session at Restore Hyper Wellness. Take a two-minute plunge into sub-zero temperatures to not only cool down this summer but also feel completely refreshed. Benefits include improved sleep, defying signs of aging and increased energy.
Enjoy hours in the A/C exploring Barnes & Noble’s expansive selection of books, magazines, vinyl records, toys and games. You’re welcome to curl up with a good read in one of the comfy chairs, or relax outside on the covered patio with an iced beverage and treat from the instore Starbucks Cafe.
