From hosting more than 350 events on The Green to opening the doors to iconic brands like Trader Joe’s, REI, J.Crew Factory, Yard House and Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar, it’s been an incredible year at UTC – and we have even bigger plans for 2024!

- Charity Cornhole Tournament: Raised over $6,000 for Sarasota Police Department & welcomed 200+ players
- Barks & Brews: Monthly paw-ty raised $2400 for Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue
- Sarasota Cars & Coffee: Monthly car show revved up about $50,000 for 11 local charities & collected thousands of unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots
- Night Market: Showcased & supported over 75 small businesses
- Pumpkin Patch: Raised $11,000 for Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue
- Festival of Trees: A tree-mendous success, raising $31,800 for 36 local charities
- Santa’s Grand Arrival Parade: Awarded $75,000 in prizes to local schools, nonprofits and businesses
