Dive Into Summer with Our Newest Mural

As summer heats up, our rotating art space is making a splash with a vibrant new mural. Fashion Flip by artist Laura Pommier celebrates the carefree spirit of the season with bold colors and playful imagery. Set against a whimsical seascape, the artwork features a serene figure drifting with the waves as colorful fish leap around her, capturing the joy and wonder of a perfect summer day.

MEET THE ARTIST

Laura Pommier is a contemporary artist based in Rotonda West, Florida.

Originally from Indiana, she earned a Master of Arts from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Murray State University. She began her career as a graphic artist while simultaneously producing studio art and exhibiting in solo, group and juried shows nationwide.

Since moving to Florida, Laura has continued to create and exhibit her artwork while teaching painting, drawing and pastel classes at various art centers throughout Southwest Florida. Her artistic talents also extend to large-scale public art, having completed numerous murals from Florida to the Midwest.

Laura has been featured in The Herald Tribune, The Sun, Harbor Style, Sarasota Magazine, Healthy Living Magazine, Venice Lifestyle Magazine and Wellen Park Living, as well as numerous radio and television programs.
