Holiday Greeting Card Contest Registration

The 10th Annual Holiday Greeting Card Contest provides a fun, rewarding and creative project for your students or team. UTC will provide each participant with one blank 4‘ x 8‘ plywood board, as well as reimburse up to $50 for supplies.

Greeting Card Contest Design Rules

  • August 29, 2025: Applications Due
    Complete the form below.
  • Week of September 15, 2025: Plywood Delivery
    Plywood will be delivered to location indicated on application.
  •  Week of October 27, 2025: Completed Entries Due
    Completed entries will be scheduled for pick up this week sometime between 7:30 am – 4 pm. The schedule will be coordinated by
    Benderson Development.
  • Week of November 10, 2025: Artwork Viewing Begins
  • Week of January 5, 2026: Entry Pick Up
    All participants wishing to retrieve their cards after the season are required to pick up their entry from the designated pickup location. This location will be specified in communication leading up to the date. Cards will not be delivered back to the school. If you choose to retrieve your card, it is your responsibility to mark “save for pick up” on the application and coordinate the pick up time with Benderson.
  •  Week of January 5, 2026: Winners Announced
Awards

Three winners will be awarded in each category: Elementary, Middle, High and Other.

  • 1st place will receive $250
  • 2nd place will receive $150
  • 3rd place will receive a $100

The 2025 Holiday Greeting Card Contest theme is Believe  — capture the spirit of wonder, hope and joy that the holidays bring!
