Join us for UTC FIT. Every Saturday morning, we’re bringing you a FREE outdoor group workout class, led by instructors from our local fitness community.

This week’s UTC FIT is hosted by CryoXL and led by Real Fitness Sarasota, featuring a total body workout with varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

Come enjoy this free and fun outdoor class that includes music by DJ Truth, samples from The Vitamin Shoppe and more. All UTC FIT sessions take place on the Green at UTC, near The Vitamin Shoppe.
