Sarasota Wind Quintet Children’s Concert

The Sarasota Wind Quintet presents a 30-minute program of favorites in the playground! On the Road with SO: Parks & Partners features the Sarasota Wind Quintet performing in the beautiful Nathan Benderson Park Playground. The musicians will be set up inside the play area, and the show is specifically geared toward introducing classical music and wind instruments to the children.

Program includes selections from:

RIMSKY-KORSAKOV Flight of the Bumblebee
STILL Ride an Old Paint
GOTTSCHALK La Gallina (The Hen)
FUCIK The Old Brown Bear
Chiapanecas (Mexican Clapping Song)

Capacity will be limited to 50 attendees within the playground, although there is more room outside the perimeter.
